- Auto-dispatch
- Rules-based allocation that matches a booking with the most suitable available driver.
- Coverage zone
- A defined geographic area where a service, vehicle type or group of drivers is available.
- Dead mileage
- Distance travelled by a vehicle without a passenger, usually between jobs or operating areas.
- Dispatch boundary
- A geographic rule controlling which drivers can receive work from a particular area.
- Geofence
- A virtual boundary around a real location that can trigger pricing, dispatch or communication rules.
- Meet & greet
- A managed airport or port pickup where the driver meets the passenger at a specified point.
- Mission Control
- MyRide’s central workspace for bookings, live fleet activity, dispatch and operational oversight.
- Repeat contract
- A recurring journey schedule used for school, healthcare, corporate or other routine transport.
- Service area
- The complete geographic region in which an operator accepts and fulfils bookings.
- Zone pricing
- Automatic fare rules associated with a location, boundary, airport, port or service region.
